"Very little. The issue is specific to my career growth. Given my seniority I do not see myself being here over the next 10 years."

"Need to go global. More presence in Asia, where I see huge potential."

"Im a key decision maker, allowed to be creative. There is a great deal of verity in my job. My time is split between high level strategizing and hands-on problem solving. I work with some great people and they have come to rely on me as a calm and reasoned voice when doo doo is introduced into the ventilation system."

"The high-end food production industry has suffered during the recession. Revenue has been erratic. Growth is painstakingly slow."
