Submit a Review"I love to be able to make my customer satisfied providing the best of my skills and hanging a call with a person that started the conversation very angry and upset but ended happy and satisfied with my accomplishment.I hate to give 110% and not being able to pay my bills in the end of the month, which aren't those many but I guess that's more due to the fact of my company's policy therefore I didn't hate that's a pretty strong word to me anything about being a VoIP technician."

What do you like about working at AMTEC?
"They did not micro-manage the techs.you managed yourself most of the time."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself. The job is 50% character and 50% skill,"
What don't you like about working at AMTEC?
"I did not like the benefits offered. And their was no 401K"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The only suggestion I have for management is to be a bit more selective in the management hiring process. The turnover rate for managers was very high."
