"Although I only worked for villa for a few months, it was my first delivery job and I loved it. Such a new opportunity for me and independent. I was technically my own boss and left alone for about 10 hours until I finished my route. I enjoyed feeling like I had a say in my job and have the responsibility and trust to be able to have my own truck. It all depended on your pace. We always tried to deliver fast while being careful and smart. We were not allowed any mistakes. One mistake can cause a customer to have the wrong order."
