"Faced paced environment with the potential to grow. Leadership does however make emotional decisions on hiring which can stall growth and also lead to mistrust of recruiting teams. There is also a huge lack of diversity. Just take a look at their leadership page online. Out of the almost 20 leaders, nearly every single one is white and male. Layoffs occurred even after promises that there wouldn’t be any."
