The cons to this job is that the turnover rate is very high with lots of young people, work is super monotonous, and the pay is low if you already have a degree."

The company is also fairly accommodating when it comes to providing its employees with the tools and environment they need to be successful. Finally, the company's time-off policy is quite generous. Unfortunately, management seems to be all over the map, and the priorities and direction I receive seem to change from day to day. There is also no opportunity for advancement."
