"As a startup, there are lots of ups and downs. While we were trending up, there was a wonderful feeling of working towards a common goal and my relationships with all of my coworkers were wonderful. Work/life balance was amazing and company culture really supported the employee. Unfortunately, businesses fail, and the revenue model for Valor fell apart and proved to be unsustainable. The CEO has a wonderful vision and I hope they can see it through the current rough patch."
