As the company lost contracts in the Out Sourcing arena, the engaged to low cost contractors in India, cut services, laid off employees, and began the micromanaging mania epidemic at so many large companies. Happy to have gotten out and laughing at them monthly as they still have to pay a pension."

"A very stable company that one can work at and stay long term. Rather hard to get fired from the position without doing something completely egregious. Overall a good place to be."

"I have worked for Unisys for 2 years and my experience has been partially positive but mostly negative which seems to be the general opinion of my co-workers. The feeling is that employees are under appreciated and underpaid for the work we are required to do. It is not uncommon for several people to be promised the same promotion, none of which receive it. The training there is extremely lacking, forcing the new employee to jump into a job they are not prepared for, causing them stress."

"Far too much overtime but am salaried so I don't see any benefit."

"I would have fixed the pay system instead of the way they implemented it now."

"The management does do what they can to accommodate everyone's schedules."

"Don't, stop, forget it. You are wasting your time if you are looking for a future."

"Everything else. There is no room for advancement unless you are buddies with the management. There is no raises, no future."

"Stop giving the good promotions to your friends, and overlooking the really qualified employees."
