"I worked for Unisys and was contracted to Eli Lilly. I worked there for just under four years and really enjoyed working with everyone in the organization. Management was excellent and my coworkers were great to work with to obtain knowledge from their experiences."

What do you like about working at Unisys?

"I really liked the people I worked with. They were a great bunch of guys and definitely had a feeling of watching out for each other and helping everyone excel."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You have to work extremely hard to get ahead in the company. You will probably gain responsibilities but no additional upward movement of your position or compensation. But if you have pride in your work it can be rewarding."

What don't you like about working at Unisys?

"This was the only account that Unisys had in the state of Indiana. So unfortunately we were so far out of the loop with Unisys we got overlooked for a lot of company things... benefits, gratitude, etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give credit where credit is due... I don't necessarily mean money... I mean that a Thanks! and Good job! go a long way with people."
