4.3This was one of my best jobs ever. Working at this University is the best, doing research work? It's for me. I had been told by several management level people in the past I would do very well in a research role, and it was true. I had to multi task and solve complex problems by learning about a system or concept, then applying skills to solving something or integrating with other things, and generate step by step documentation, describe the method of data collection and show the data/results.
3.7I worked for UCSB Chemistry and Biochemistry for just over a year as a Desktop Support Assistant. The pay was good for students, they worked well around my class schedule, the clients were friendly and easy to work with, and the job was always clear and responsibilities were easy to understand. I think it prepared me for the work force very well.
4.8I've worked for UC Santa Barbara in Summer 2020 as the Learning Assistant for an upper-division physics class. During my term, I collaborate with other TAs and professors to help students to have a better understanding of course materials. In addition, I also had duty in grading quizzes, homework, and, exams with little work of data entry. Overall, this working experience was quite pleasant with a friendly working environment and help me developed my teamwork experiences
