"Consider doing posdoctoral research at a national lab. Better pay."

What don't you like about working at UC Berkeley?

"The low income for having a Ph.D., the crumbling infrastructure on the University level, the economic state of California."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"For the University system in general - treat students and postdocs better. You wouldn't exist if not for them. And compensate us better.For the UC regents - stop hiking tuition, and consider paying yourselves less. You have money. Students don't."
