4I worked at Ubisoft as an intern for 6 months, which gave me the opportunity to work in multiple projects and improve my data mining abilities. People who worked with me were very talented and tried their best to improve not only their work but to improve team results. The workplace is correct and the pay check may not be as big as you want, but it is a good place to start.
4.1Suggestions I have would be to provide better more realistic expectations for those being managed, listen to their creative suggestions and create an environment of unity
3.8I would definitely recommend this company for a man (with experience in video games...this is important). Unfortunately, a woman in senior management roles is still not well accepted among production teams as well as in the culture of the company (especially in the Canadian offices) which is sad. Worklife balance could be better. Especially in crunch times where they expect you to devote your self entirely to your job for very (VERY) long hours. So if you have kids (not easy)
