"The company has a very relaxed vibe and is quite causal. Coworkers are friends and hang out outside of work. The only issue with the lack of a balance of power in HR, it is run by a single person. Who strikes fear into almost every employee with the fear that they will be fired at random, with no warning. The company also has an unwritten guideline that it is better to stay quiet that to report anything, however, all co-workers are more than happy to support and help each other. It’s kinda what keeps us coming back every day."
