"I started working with Truman in Dec 2012. I was the only person in the entire neurology department with the exception of the part-time Neurologist who only read the EEGs that I ran. On my first day I was given no introduction or training in my department, I was simply given a key for the door. It was up to me to figure it all out on my own, which I did."

"Some days are better than others, but with limited staff and the lack of help recently has hurt morale. The patients are getting bigger and the acuity is getting worse every day. There is not much room for advancement from being a PCT, but to either go to college and get a career in nursing or change careers all together. The raise increase is slow, barely 15 cents a year. Look on the bright side, it's a job."
