"I worked for Treasure Island Resort and Casino for over 15 years in different departments. Treasure Island offers decent compensation and benefits, however they are a very demanding company to work for. The team members make it a fun and enjoyable place to work and consistently help one another. There is very little job security, and upper management offers little support or acknowledgement for a job well done. They were also very inconsistent in their discipline practices."
