"I worked as a co-op student for Tiffin Motorhomes for 3 rotations over 3 years. I found the people that worked there to be good amicable people and I was able to get along with everyone. It is a small community, most of the town is employed by the Tiffin family. From my understanding the pay for engineers is not very competitive but the cost of living for the area is low, this is because it is 40 minutes either direction from the any decently sizable city."
"This is a great family-owned company! In business since 1972, they are an icon of the motorhome industry. I love working at TMH!"
