They are downsizing by eliminating several positions and then adding the work responsibilities from these position to other employees who often end up with an unmanageable workload. The employees don't feel valued and complain of lack of trust and transparency by the upper management. The nurses are frequently having to work long hours due to staffing shortage and various on-call duties, and therefore it is very difficult to maintain healthy work-life balance. Many nurses end up leaving the company due to job burnout. This is not a place where you can build a long-term career. This company does not offer automatic pay raises and many employees have stayed in the same salary even after decades long service."

Therefore, they are constantly having to hire and orient new employees.There is a great distrust between the employees and upper management and the employees feel very unappreciated. Some of the benefits may seem initially appealing but very few employees will get any kind of pay raises. They are constantly short-staffed in many departments and many clinicians, especially nurses, have very long working days."
