"I would recommend that they clearly define salary compensation and potential career growth path."

"the long hours and monetary compensation would be the only detractors for this position"

"I would recommend that there be implemented an annual salary review and wage compensation program, currently, none exist and the pay hasn't kept pace with inflation"

"I basically like the Customer Interraction and the perpetual challenge to set up a customer system."

"Oh Yeah. Got to know a little bit of networking, Telephony, cabling and home construction."

"can't make money in my line of work even with a lot of overtime."

"management needs to figure out how they can maximize their profit while paying more their Technician."

"I didn't find anything I don not like right now"

"Big company has great management principles. Work is very flexible in ZTE."
