What do you like about working at Zones?
"The training. Zones was a company that believed in continual learning. We had daily trainings from so many technology manufactures. I became an expert on so many products because of the continual training. Just rocked out!!!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Yes, always tell the truth, be very excited and tenacious."
What don't you like about working at Zones?
"My previous manager did not like me because of my race."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not allow racism to fester in your company, you will lose awesome employees..like me."

What do you like about working at Teleflora?
"Independent work environment. I was able to set my own schedule, had a great boss and co-workers."
What don't you like about working at Teleflora?
"Lack of training. Since I had no experience in the flower/wire service business it was hard to learn. I have seen others fail due to this. You had to learn everything on the job, had 2 days of training and then off you go."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better training of the industry and the job, better plannning. Things seemed like we were always changing directions mid stream."
