"The President was a monstrous boss who was always changing their mind about what they wanted. This caused confusion and wasted effort among the staff, who were never sure what they were supposed to be doing. The President's behavior was exploitative and horrible, and it made working for them a nightmare. The President's indecisiveness also led to missed deadlines and subpar work. Employees were afraid to make any decisions without the President's approval, which slowed down the work process and made it difficult to meet deadlines. As a result, the company's reputation suffered and the President's employees were overworked and underpaid."
