"For the first 7.5 years, everything, especially the work The last 3 years, only the work and nothing else."

"A lot of promotion in management is done within based on favoritism, regardless of experience or education, so expect change."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"Inexperienced and unfair management practices. I have worked at the company for over 10 years and left due to their unfair practices when it comes to promoting people and the blame game. Try not to exceed anyone, if you aren't within their circle or if you don't brown nose your S.O.L."
