"The location, job functions, resources, learning resources and educational assistance."

"It all depends on what positions you apply for. But for the most part, all managers I have encountered at this company were very nice and laid back and professional."
What don't you like about working at Computer Sciences Corp?
"Very little opportunity for growth at the location where I was employed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To be consistent with company policy and procedures, and to hire people based on experience and education."
What do you like about working at MS Electronics?
"The people are great, and I really enjoy the technologies we use. Most days we face different issues to tackle."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Nothing is temporary- so don't commit to a single thing unless you're ok with it being permanent (working nights, weekends, etc...)."
What don't you like about working at MS Electronics?
"There's too much freedom where there shouldn't be, yet the things that really should be micromanaged aren't. It's confusing and frustrating and leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There would be much more structure to our office, our business network (computer system), and there would be clearly defined procedures and protocols, along with very specific directives to each employee's job descriptions. Additionally, there would not be the kind of favoritism that goes on here all too often."

What do you like about working at UCLA Health System?
"Benefits are unmatched by any company in California. I enjoyed learning all I could at UCLA"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"good luck finding a parking space near the office without paying for parking or set your interview time early."
What don't you like about working at UCLA Health System?
"Parking was expensive and crowded. The traffic on the 405 was murder."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more proactive on the desktop image. Ticket count was too high. Most problems could be fixed on the image."

"The people I worked with and the friendships that came out of all of it."

"Don't ever talk negatively about this company. They have eyes and ears everywhere."
What don't you like about working at Covance?
"Management policies were a bit unsettling. If your entire team did amazing, someone still had to be declared the loser and receive no bonus because of what they referred to as the curve"

"Give bonuses based on how you do, don't stiff people who earned it."

"It was a pretty relaxed environment, except when it wasn't."

"They pretty much have their minds made up about you when you walk in the door (usually if you're interviewing, it's because they've already decided to hire you)."

"Employees are overworked and underpayed. Corporate culture allows clients to steamroll employees to get whatever they want."

"Back your employees in a disagreement, don't pass the buck or allow your people to pass the buck."

"I traveled from site to site, I worked with different people daily (I left this company fallowing the wachovia account to CompuCom"

"My sure that you are very personable, a team player, and have good work ethics"

"The management was very good and my co-worker as well but, the some of the administrative processes such as parts ordering call up dates time entering was lacking"

"to revamp the way some of the administrative processes are handled"

"The culture, the opportunity to work with relevant technologies and systems."

"Watch out for the carrot. It usually ends up not leading you anywhere."
What don't you like about working at Tyler Technologies?
"The fact that we are system administrators and deployment experts, but have been added to the level 1 support queue in the phone system, while still working a scheduled task list. Workload has quadrupled with no extra staff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Separation of certain task types among the technical support group teams instead of lumping them in for all personnel to handle."
What do you like about working at Comcast?
"Always moving toward newer technology. At the time of my departure we were moving toward Server 2008, Windows 7, and virtualization."

"Team players are always welcome. An upbeat personality will win people over."

"As the lone IT expert, there was never enough time in the day to do all that I wanted to do."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The ratio of experts to users should be increased. I is currently 1 expert for every 250 people."

"The atmosphere and knowledge and my co-workers. The skills I've learned are irreplaceable"

"Fonality is a great place to work at, and if you see yourself going places, learn as much as you can."

"The appreciation towards all the work that we went through."

"They need to have the higher managers come out and watch the department to see what really goes on on the floor."
