"We had some technical support issues that didn't get addressed in a timely manner."

"They need to get more help for the Technology Development Manager to support the outside representatives."

"be aware that this is old technology and that tere are many coagulation test out there that are automated"

"technical issues were met with the same answers, ad inadequate"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"do't keep tellingus you realize the sales cycle is long and you understand; the technology is old and current customers expect us to come up with faster, better ways of doing this testing or they will go with automation. Once someone does get a huge account and sweats their tush off to land it,m support it, don't lay them off because they had to tell you that a customer decided they had to start sending out testing because they didn't have the manpower to do manual testing and the volume wasn't big enough to justify a automted ELISA system"

"I enjoyed the people, and the challenge of growing the business. I have a full understanding of the waste industry, and the chemistry involved for the proper disposal of hazardous waste."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The company won't be interviewing for new Sales Reps for a while, after losing WalMart as a corporate client, and $30,000,000 in lost revenue. This caused the company to eliminate 40 sales people nationwide."
What don't you like about working at PSC Corp.?
"The process in place in order to schedule work to be done is antiquated. There is no formal ordering system for a customer to get waste picked up, and many times miscommunication occurred due to this process."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The lines of communication should be improved, so issues and orders for customers are not overlooked."
