"Sometimes we were far behind in the food chain and didn't really see the complete picture of end solution"

"The potential this company has within the Application Delivery Market. With just a little more direction this company has the ability to deliver a truly revolutionary product to the App Delivery space."

"If you are patient and can keep you head screwed on tight whilst fighting an up-hill struggle to get your ideas out, you'll be a shoe in. Patience is key."
What don't you like about working at Brocade?
"The political heavy lifting required to accomplish simple tasks. In order to do your job to the fullest, there is heavy obstacles keeping you grounded at all time. If it's upper management thwarting your ideas or if it's simply other departments refusing to collaborate, all this leads to dead ends."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Although focus is very important to drive success. Keeping a the company in Silos and discouraging collaborative work causes repetition and lack of communication. In the end you spend your best resources spinning their wheels doing the same project and adjoining department is working on because of this silo mentality."

"Nothing! Absolutely nothing! This is a burn and churn company from the get-go. Only go here if it is the last company on the planet to work for!"

"Everything was terrible: poor management (especially); sightless Marketing;can't-execute to plan Engineering; and by far, the worst supervisors on the planet. Overall, a pitiful company to waste your life at!"
