"The commute one way was over 50 miles for me."

"Improve communication and relationship with the steelworkers union. Focus more on safety."

"This is hard because I didn't have an enjoyable time while there, Quit position and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone."

"Weekly rotating shifts are hard to live with and the heat in the melt shop was over 195 deg. F. when the mill was running."

"Require the managers to be educated to at least college level."
