As an SME I could implement new solutions and analyze the whole environment, this was a great opportunity to see the "big picture" of the environment and apply changes to fiz problems and correct design flaws."

"Lack of contact with the contractor makes for a poor relationship with the team lead."

"Excellent place to work! Every employee is treated like family!"

What do you like about working at Amarillo National Bank?

"Every employee is treated like family. The president of the bank can routinely be seen on the elevator and is very nice to everyone. The employees get bonuses every year and awesome parties to present those bonuses. I also loved the benefit of an on site gym."

"Try to negotiate for higher pay. You get bonuses throughout the year, but its always nicer to have more pay."

What don't you like about working at Amarillo National Bank?

"The pay is low and its located an a small town."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay the employees a bit more and encourage growth from within the company. Also, consider moving away from the cubical footprint of the office."
