The nature of travel nursing is such that you're always the clown in the dunk tank and people are gunning for you. It really helps that the SHC team worked to support me. They found me some great assignments and I had fun traveling, but another reality is that there is no upward mobility. There's no paid vacation, no sick days, the insurance is lame. But it was a great experience."
