"The wear and tear of working with inner city students. It can be challenging finding the students niche to get school work done. Many students have lack of support at home and distractions to keep them from following instruction in the classroom."

"The schedule is very flexible. I can decide which schools I want to be at and which days I want to work."

"In years past there was plenty of work. I could work as much as I wanted. Now there are more subs with fewer subbing opportunities."

"I think they just keep hiring subs without taking into account that the schools aren't using as many subs because of budget cuts."
