What do you like about working at Henry County Board of Education?

"I have the flexibility to get off and get personal things done. I have the opportunity to advance.The people I work with are pleasant.I get the opportunity to influence young people."

"They are conservative in their approach to business.I don't feel the consider all possibilities when making business decisions.They don't think out of the box when making business decisions"

"I worked for the whole. county not one particular school. This is a general review"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared for a great deal of stress in certain situations. It's not an easy job sometimes (depending on the students.)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let all the assignment be posted on the net. That way everyone has a fair chance of accepting assignments. A great deal of assignments were given to instructors that were known to school personell without being on the net."

"I meant this to be a stop-gap position. You have very little control over your life in a human services company."

What do you like about working at Perkins Programs?

"This position provided me with a job when I needed one. I enjoyed helping troubled children when I could."

What don't you like about working at Perkins Programs?

"There are, at times, a large gap between employee expectations and the tools employees are given to fufill them."

What do you like about working at City of Sarasota?

"I help my community by substituting. I learn the curriculum which allows me to better help my children."

What do you like about working at East Penn School District?

"Working for East Penn School District was rewarding due to the support from the administration and other faculty members."

What do you like about working at Windham Public Schools?

"I appreciate the organization and implementation of an appropriate instructional program tailored for kids with special needs. I as well, appreciate the monitoring and encouragement of the progress of individual students, and the great effort dedicated from the teachers as a team to promote an educated generation."

What don't you like about working at Gwinnett County Public Schools?

"The fact that I do not work on a daily basis means that my pay is inconsistent. Not on salary, paid on a daily basis. Monthly pay period."

What don't you like about working at Miami-Dade County Public Schools?

"The lack of a secure position was troubling. I never knew if I would be needed."

What do you like about working at Austin Independent School District?

"As a substitute I make my own schedule and noone questions why I take a day off I just don't get payed, it's a VERY flexible job."

"I would like have benefits available and some way to make money in the summer."

"The automated phone system should have a way to cantact a person to discuss a certain job."

"I was looking for a temporary job and that was great for it."

"Low pay rate to the work load; no paid sick, holidays or vacation for subs."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You must have at least sixty college hours, and be willing to submit to a background check and fingerprint, like children and be outgoing."
