"The benefits were great. I liked that it was really close to my home. The salary was a good plus."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you ask a lot of questions. If you even feel the slightest bit unsure, ask the question. Otherwise you will not get your answer."

What don't you like about working at Affinion Group?

"The lack of support from supervisors, and directors. The first 6 weeks was constant training of things that were new and unfamiliar,and they never gave a chance to let you ask questions, or to let the information sink in. It was about a years worth of training in 6 weeks. The managers were never around when you needed help."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide the appropriate training in steps, so new employees can absorb and learn. Be available when new employees need you for questions."
