The LOFT makes sure to employ people who can make the consumers feel welcome and I believe I have done just that. I have had customers who come in only asking for me to help them and its a great feeling to know you have brought people back. Styling at the LOFT has also made me realize how much I truly enjoy it."

"I love everything, specially working with other people, as a team and as an individual, because for me working with others is really fun fulfilling the customer job order. The only thing I hate with being a stylist is that once you are well known in that field the clients never stop seeking for your service."
"I love showing up to work everyday and it seems I am working with an empty canvas. Work to me is exciting, and I find styling to be relaxing and yet extremely fulfilling. I feel as though I think of exactly how a customer will perceive an image as I am designing it, and I believe thats the edge I have over others in my field (and that I was an architect major for a year in college, thus my understanding for perspective is outstanding). I don't like not knowing when I'll be working again."

"What I love about the company that I am working for is the people that I come in contact with on a daily basis."

"What I don't like about the company is there is not enough support when needed. Over all, the work that I do is satisfying."

"The suggestion that I have for SmartStyle is to have more regards for the stylist and listen to the input that the sylist have which could make it an even better place to work."
