"I worked for Stratus Technology Services for a summer where I cold-called multiple CIO's CTO's and head IT members in hopes that they would use our service. I also called old customers and maintained customer relations. This was definitely a new experience for me but was fun and enticing, cold-calling these C-suite and IT members was definitely tough but was a great learning experience and confident booster. The only issue I had with the firm was their lack of preparation for me as an intern. I was the only intern at the firm and my manager was fired, leaving me with a lot of freedom (which I loved), but also sometimes leaving me with a lack of direction."
