"I liked the challenge of developing a recreation program from the bottom up and then implementing the program on a daily basis."

"This is a friendly and laid back environment in paradise work hard and enjoy every minute of it, the results are worth all the hard work."
What don't you like about working at Sterling Resorts?
"There wasn't anything that I disliked at this job. Well, I guess you could say the pay but back then I was lucky to get a paid internship because most were unpaid."
