"Do not try a snow job. Your specific experience and knowledge is what will work -- not connections or b.s."

What don't you like about working at Stateside Associates?

"Frankly, some hires in 2011 were not great and they made it harder on me. Now, team members interview all candidates too so that has improved the situation."

"Stay committed to the training and reward/recognition programs you have implemented. I am confident the results will be worth the investment."
