"I have worked at various Oregon State Agencies, some are better than others. The Department of Human Services is the largest agency for the State. Due to their large nature, they have a tendency to perform separate from the Executive Office and not necessarily within the law."
"Coming from Private Sector, this is a very interesting experience. I had no idea what to expect, but after losing my job in the economic crash, I was willing to take anything. I think the above ratings say it all. I like the people and the team; not so much anything else. One issue with this is that the new compensation for state employees is much worse than it used to be. If you're not grandfathered in, you can't get the benefits that state employment used to be famous for."
