"Remember Starbucks is a quick serve coffee (QSR) restaurant that is mostly vertically integrated. Not much opportunity for personal growth. Executive and senior leadership lacks basic skills, strategic acumen, leadership, and talent."

"Reset the executive team or sell to a leading brand such as P&G, Pepsi, Coke, et al. Other possible solutions since innovations appears to be unimportant: spin off restaurants to proven restaurant operator or sell off to major franchises in US and globally, extend long term contracts for dairy in US, license off CPG and foodservice units to top 10 players, contract for manufacturing, outsource IT, and retain small team to manage brand and IP compliance. Collect money."
