"As a barista you are only considered part-time, which means your hours range from 12 hours to 31 hours a week and if the store had a bad week of sales you will get the minimum hours."

"Keep up the awesome job and encourage the partners for management."

This position allowed me to work in a fast-paced environment where I was able to develop my motor and critical reasoning skills to best make the moment right for our customers and partners. "I feel to much is put on the shift managers, which could throw off communication when there are to many people in charge."
