"What I did not like about working here were the hours. I am seeking more stability."

"None, my management team was awesome, anything I needed they tried their best to make it happen."

What don't you like about working at Starbucks?

"Wide range of hours - 4am-10pm, job responsibilities. Overall monotony of the job, feeling as if we are doing the exact same thing everyday."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To empower the baristas a bit more. Give them responsibilities that allow them to develop into shift supervisors and managers, and don't just wait for someone to show up for such a role."
