"I thrived on having the full responsibility of managing two departments, the staff, and operations."

"This is a very fast pace environment. Therefore, whoever joins this company must be very fast with heir hands, self-motivated and customer service oriented."

"It allows its employees with the right tools to provide an excellent customer service experience."

What do you like about working at Starbucks?

"I am always interacting with customers on a daily basis which gives me a better insight of how to better the next experience for the customer on their next visit to Starbucks. Also, I get to see how a business works behind the scenes and what it takes to make a business grow as a team."

"I loved the environment, the smell of different coffees, and the constant movement and excitement. I loved drawing the signs and being artistic. I enjoyed the regular customers and took pride in training new employees. I also took pride in doing a good job for the Health and Safety inspectors by ensuring that our store was always in tip top shape in regards to cleanliness, therefore always receiving an A."

"We had a manager who won Regional Manager over and over, she is awesome!"

"It allowed me to explore the avenues of the business I was most interested in."

"No growth. managers need more training. Can work around schedules like they said they could."
