"Health and retirement benefits have changed dramatically over time. Stores are closing at a rapid rate along with extremely high turnover at the salaried level due to significant changes in total compensation, poor work/life balance and operational instability."

"Be diligent in trying to understand and balance out the needs of your subordinates and upper management."
