"I have been with Stanley Security since 2018. I transferred from Richmond, Va to Chicago, IL in December of 2019. I enjoy the company as a whole, but the local branch has very little communication from upper management making day to day operation difficult. The focus numbers and it is pounded into us day after day."
"They have a massive hiring in place 2014. They took from a temp to hire agency over staffed for 3 months, and had us complete three weeks of intense training then threw us on the floor doing clean up work none of the perms wanted because it reflects on job abilities. They are laying off the majority, and the revolving doors rampant. They keep in laws and family, but lay off anyone with out connections after little time to prove abilities. They say Ask questions often, but canned when you do."

"Poor management that don't know how to sell national accounts. Vice presidents that physically threaten employees and disregard all corporate policies. They lie to potential employees with regards to accounts and expectations. Stay away."

"They need to tell the truth to potential employees. they need to set realistic goals and expectations. Not just hire people to get names and once they get the information fire them."

"It used to be a quality company that delivered what we sold. We were left alone to conduct our business as long as it was evident we were working and we were paid very well."

"They totally changed their model when they purchased HSM. Everything that was good was eliminated."
