What don't you like about working at St Lucie County School Board?

"I do not have similar privileges as most teachers. Also, there's not enough availability to instruct."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hold quarterly meeting to make sure that teachers are preparing their absent packets. If no packet is prepared, have them to at least accept (within reason) the work that was created by the alternate instructor as some for of credit toward the students learning, so they won't feel like they completed the assignments in vain."
