"I liked the challenge and the freedom to work. It pushed my limits with Flex/Air and made me a much better programmer and manager."

"To continue to push the envelope and set bigger goals. Don't get comfortable with your current position in the marketplace."
What don't you like about working at Springwater Capital?
"They're goals are extremelly small. I personally like to continue to push the envelope. They set a awesome goal in the beginning, but once the money started rolling in, they got comfortable and stopped most of the bleeding edge advances that they had planned to engineer in the past. It became more of a simple bug fix here or there. Instead of which big new awesome feature are we going to pack into the next version"
