Melissa was an excellent producer of sales. Mgr of sales was a good start, but she was not ready for club mgr. and her unwillingness to be taught by her clients or her staff kept her from succeeding. Also once it has been learned of someone's abuse of drugs, alcohol, or rx prescription meds. Mgr. should step in and refer employee to rehab program within Spectrum or outside. Too many days and night shifts were spent with colleague under the influence. Too many End of Month dates had mgrs. across the way drinking at the marina restaurants while others were still working to close out....Very, very unprofessional environment.
