Spectrio Employee

"CSR's at Spectrio answer all customer inquiries on products and services. You're assigned 2-3 thousand accounts to manage. You work on anywhere from 6-20 customer demands at one time on average. There is very little process, and managers don't really exist. You're graded on reminder calls that you can't make because there are so many calls and they run short staffed. Because of the lack of training procedures and any manager to advise, everyone does what they want and unless you're a favorite of the supervisor you get ignored and of course the lousy pay. You are doing actual project management on national accounts but you're not paid for it. So you better get down what you're assigned because you have to work on whatever comes across the phones, which is usually a coworkers assigned account. This is not recognized. I would never recommend working at this job unless you don't mind unbelievably poor managerial skilled staff to report to and never getting a fair hourly wage. The job is not hard, it's the volume of what comes at you, no human can do it all."
