"I've worked with Spectra Metals for a short time, but it had been long enough for me to know that I don't want to stay. The training and support you receive is not at a level to be successful. The tools you need are also not made readily available. When I took the job I was told it would be operations management, while lending a small hand to sales. Since I've started, my job had been more concentrated on sales rather than operations. The insurance is very expensive. Costing nearly $1,000/mo."
