"Since starting at Specialty’s Café and Bakery in 2011, I have had the opportunity of working beside some of the most amazing colleagues and mentors. While our company specialized in cookies and sandwiches, I would argue that our focus was our people. I was given the opportunity to learn how to be an amazing coach and mentor to my team while delivering some of the most delicious food to our customers, who we’d see sometimes three times a day. Before filing or Chapter 7 Bankruptcy due to Covid-19, our company employed over 1,000 employees and had over 50 locations."
