"I would suggest that they reanalyze their teaching staff and see who is not really performing, and maybe re-train them."

"I like that the school I am working at is making progress in test scores. I also really enjoy the Marathon Team I coach, the students are very dedicated and hard working."

"I would say to be ready to work out of your heart, its a very dedicating job."

"I don't like the fact that I am only in an assistant position and I don't like the roles I take on for my job. I need room for growth and I want to go back into sales."

"As far as my department, I would suggest for them to re analyze the teaching staff in certain departments."
