"I liked working there because they paid me well and I went to school there for 3 years. It was convenient for me."

"Yes you have to know you commands for cmd, also know how to change drives letter names and know how to basically install drivers, and install hardware and software. Also know how to properly clean equipment and test printers along with other peripherals."

"I disliked that my boss was very strict all the time, she cannot relax for a second."

"I suggest she takes frequent brakes because she handles a lot of stress"
