"I was employed by Source (formerly: Luminent) for 12+ years, and found the organization to be rather innovative, and take development risks that, quite often, paid off well for the organization. It is a median-sized firm, having the agile engineering stance of a much smaller company. In general, I truly enjoyed working there!"
