"SPE is a GREAT work environment! Great compensation, wonderful campus, thoughtful and employee friendly perks and benefits. Leadership development is strong and encouraged, internal mobility is supported and championed, work-life-balance events are noteworthy and well-received. Of all the studios I have worked with, Sony is cumulatively... the BEST! And it starts with the vision of the executives."

"I believe the company has progressed since I left over 10 years ago. I would suggest collecting data from employee surveys and exit interviews and focus on where the high incidents of turnover or employee relations interventions occur from a budget standpoint.
